Returns Eligibility

  • Folli Smooth must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unopened and in its original packaging.

    • In its original condition, free from damage or tampering.

  • Opened or partially used bottles of Folli Smooth may only be eligible for returns if you experience a documented adverse reaction (see below).

Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects

  • We may request photographs and details of the reaction for verification purposes.

  • Refunds or exchanges for opened Folli Smooth due to adverse reactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping Costs:  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned Folli Smooth serum is inspected and approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within  5-7 working days

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
